From the October 2005 Gallery..

Although I didn't do a tremendous job this month, there were a few photographs that I quite liked. Not shown here, but in the gallery, was a picture of a downtown church as shot through an old wavy window of a downtown building as well as a night photograph of the Ashland Army & Navy Store that I was pleased with.

For the above rose photograph, I used an old Pentax 50mm prime lens to capture a nice Joseph's Coat rose that my mother grew. Sadly, the lens fell apart soon afterwards and was sent for repair, never to be seen again.

I quite liked the photograph of my father in his wildflower patch and thought it would be good to close out the summer season.

As I approach the 2nd anniversary of 4x6, I'm doing a recap of my favorite photographs from the last year. Hope you enjoy them and I appreciate all the visits and comments during the previous year.
