 Saturday morning at Culp Creek, Greenup County, Kentucky Around the turn of the century, my Caudill family ancestors loaded up their wagons, kids, dogs, and tools then headed toward Greenup County from Magoffin County. They received a land grant somewhere in the bottoms and hills of the Culp Creek area. I've visited both places and to tell you the truth, I can't see the advantage of one place over the other.
